I really want to try to lose weight in the near future, because I have let myself become very overweight, and it is kind of depressing. I think that is a bit of an understatement, because in truth, my weight actually depresses me quite a lot. I am going to start looking into losing weight, because I do not want to live my whole life as a fat person. I do not want that to identify me. Anyway, I would like to discover what is the best way to lose weight and to start to take steps to go in that direction with my life.
I have an unhealthy life style, and I know that is the case.
